Take a moment to laugh at yourself

by Carolyn on July 3, 2009

Because suddenly everything will feel a bit lighter.  There’s a reason they call it comic relief.

After two emotional posts, some levity is in order and I have just video to bring it.  I need a day off myself to recover and I’m sure many of you do too.  I found this clip and it made me laugh out loud.  Not just while watching it, but for a good while later.  We children of divorce CAN laugh at ourselves.  This is funny. Let me know if you find yourself humming his song even hours after you’ve seen it.  I know I did.

Also, Peter started a discussion.  Please click on the ‘discussion page’ tab above and let him know about something good that’s happened to you lately.  I can’t wait to read your responses.

lol! Oh my, no! This sketch highlights the extremes which is what makes it so funny. Remember, we’re taking a moment to be light here.

My parents were very civil from my point of view. I was just a little preschooler and they protected me from their own mess very well.
